Project Management Consultant, Emory Healthcare's Lean Promotion Office   - Data Analysis and Evaluation: - - Analyze clinical and financial data to support service line improvement. - Evaluate sources such as medical records, financial data, and competitor data. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement. - Program Support: - Assist in managing deliverables, status reporting, and risk escalation. - Coordinate collection and interpretation of data for proposals and initiatives. - Work with project teams to design care paths and develop standards. - Reporting and Monitoring: - Develop reports to monitor cost, utilization, and key performance indicators. - Recommend modifications and corrective actions based on evaluation findings. - Maintain liaison with stakeholders to facilitate progress of programs and objectives. - Financial and Statistical Analysis: - Prepare reports summarizing financial and statistical information. - Model trends and develop recommendations for improvement. - Understand healthcare provider challenges and revenue/cost dynamics. - Impact and Influence: - Contribute significantly to implementing performance improvement initiatives. - Drive cost reduction and quality improvement efforts within Emory Healthcare. - Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Salary Mid: $72k, Salary Min $55k

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration or related field required. - Masters degree preferred. - 3-5 years healthcare related experience required preferably in an ambulatory setting. - Minimum requirement of 2 years supervisory/manager experience.
