Description

  • The Marketing Technology Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing content, promoting our services, supporting lead generation, and developing excellent user experience across our web properties
  • This role will work with leading-edge tools like Sitecore xM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop engaging, highly optimized web pages, campaign landing pages, microsites, and other assets
  • This role will also use SEO and WCAG accessibility standards to main site quality thresholds
  • The successful candidate will provide excellent customer support and contribute to successfully promoting the Emory Healthcare brand and its mission to improve lives and provide hope

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and optimize online content using data-driven insights
  • Enhance SEO rankings and internal search effectiveness
  • Optimize user experience across all web properties
  • Support integrations, such as forms and widgets to create dynamic experiences
  • Assist in developing HTML emails to support marketing automation campaigns and single-send emails
  • Use analytics and diagnostic tools to improve user engagement, conversions, and site quality scores
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep current with industry best practices and trends and improve skills with key platforms in the tech stack
  • Work with CRM team to create necessary web integrations to support campaign attribution and closed-loop reporting
  • Partner with Strategy team to understand business goals and translate them into high-performing web assets
  • Partner with Content and Design team ensure work conforms to brand guidelines and design standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelors degree in related field or commensurate professional experience
  • Experience managing website content using content management systems or digital experience platforms, with a strong preference for Sitecore xM experience
  • Skills in web development and information architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as Adobe Creative Suite, and web analytic tools

SKILLS:

  • The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, comfortable working with diverse teams and possess excellent critical thinking and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Content Marketing Systems or Digital Experience Platforms (preferably Sitecore) and Email Marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar product)
  • Experience working with project management platforms to organize and prioritize work
  • Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
  • Experience in technical SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility standards
  • Proficiency leveraging reusable components to develop for scale and reduce maintenance
  • Ability to use web analytics, tag management, Google Search Console and other web management tools to understand performance and enhance engagement
  • ASP.net knowledge a strong plus. Sitecore development tools experience desired
