Salary: $32.81/hr - 59.42/hr
The grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of each level, relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.

Project Management Consultant, Emory Healthcare's Lean Promotion Office
- Data Analysis and Evaluation:

- Analyze clinical and financial data to support service line improvement.
- Evaluate sources such as medical records, financial data, and competitor data.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.

Program Support:
- Assist in managing deliverables, status reporting, and risk escalation.
- Coordinate collection and interpretation of data for proposals and initiatives.
- Work with project teams to design care paths and develop standards.

Reporting and Monitoring:
- Develop reports to monitor cost, utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Recommend modifications and corrective actions based on evaluation findings.
- Maintain liaison with stakeholders to facilitate progress of programs and objectives.

Financial and Statistical Analysis:
- Prepare reports summarizing financial and statistical information.
- Model trends and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Understand healthcare provider challenges and revenue/cost dynamics.

Impact and Influence:
- Contribute significantly to implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive cost reduction and quality improvement efforts within Emory Healthcare.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Salary Mid: $72k, Salary Min $55k
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration or related field required.
- Masters degree preferred.
- 3-5 years healthcare related experience required preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Minimum requirement of 2 years supervisory/manager experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management, food and nutrition, dietetics or other related field.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
- Registered dietitian may be required if the position requires oversight of patient dining services and/clinical nutrition services.
- Four or more years of experience, with two years in a high volume facility.
- Previous food service management and supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be Serv Safe certified or attain certification within 6 months of hire, if not certified at time of hire.
