JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyzes revenue cycle data to ensure we are operating in a manner which meets Federal Guidelines. This position coordinates the development of the annual plan as it relates to Revenue Cycle Compliance reviews. Provides factual analysis of compliance related activities. Distributes regulatory Compliance information to customers. Works collaboratively with internal staff to resolve claims compliance issues. Coordinates the preparation of data to be presented at various committees. Promotes the ongoing Revenue Cycle compliance program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business. Three years related experience. Must have an understanding of audit techniques and revenue cycle operations. Must have knowledge of healthcare compliance and government regulations.
