Job Summary
The Workforce Analytics Partner serves as an individual contributor responsible for translating workforce analytics into operational action and business outcomes. This role partners closely with Nursing leadership, HR, Finance, Workforce Optimization, Analytics, and Digital teams to support workforce planning, retention, staffing effectiveness, and labor optimization initiatives.
The Workforce Analytics Partner is responsible for ensuring workforce insights are understood, adopted, and incorporated into decision-making processes. This role owns the Nursing Workforce Analytics initiative and is responsible for driving enterprise deployment, stakeholder engagement, operational adoption, training, and ongoing program effectiveness.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, Nursing Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, workforce planning, healthcare operations, HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, project management, or related disciplines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Public Health, or related field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium Max 25lbs): up to 25 lbs., 0-33% of the work day (occasionally) Lifting 25 lbs. max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
