Position Summary
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring Leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic business partner to understand Emory Healthcare staffing demands and works to effectively attract and hire diverse, top talent.
- Effectively and efficiently performs all related recruitment activities, including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare.
- Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process.
- Performs related responsibilities as required.
Minimum Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition; or five (5) plus years in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or related work with strong customer service.
- Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data is a plus.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
