Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Onboarding Manager, The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience by managing and processing all pre-employment requirements. This role focuses on conducting thorough background reviews, verifying documentation, and ensuring candidates meet all regulatory, organizational, and client-specific compliance standards prior to their start date. The Onboarding Specialist serves as a liaison between candidates, hiring leaders, and third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records. By overseeing background processing with attention to detail and timeliness, the Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's hiring goals while upholding compliance, quality, and candidate experience. The Onboarding Specialist provides support and assistance with administrative and transactional activities in support of the new hire onboarding process, including but not limited to:
