Description

Job Summary:

  • The Data Translator supports key data initiatives and external submissions by connecting business goals to operational processes.
  • This role helps define requirements for data projects and translate metric logic for non-technical audiences.
  • The Data Translator contributes to internal and external reporting efforts, coordinates internal benchmarks, assists with metric documentation, and ensures timely completion of submission-related tasks across quality programs and partnerships.
  • The data translator is organized, and a strong communicator.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Data Project Management

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for external submissions
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

Documentation

  • Document mapping logic, metric definitions, and business decisions in a clear, structured format.

Manage Relationships

  • Maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.

Manage Intake & Prioritization

  • Support intake, tracking, and prioritization of reporting request and external partnerships.

Investigates Data Discrepancies

  • Works with technical resources to catch and address data discrepancies across key reporting content

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience, or Associates degree and 4 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
