Description

The IT Field Services Technician II is managed by the Field Services Manager and works under the direction of the Field Services Leads for Emory Healthcare.  The candidate will provide onsite technical support and the scope of work includes but is not limited to resolving incidents for hardware, software, networking, and printing issues in a Windows domain environment. Provides customer consulting and service request fulfillment for desktop related projects.  This position requires the use of own vehicle to visit different Emory sites while primarily be aligned to our Hillandale facility in Lithonia, GA.  This position will require at least one weekend coverage day per week.  We are seeking prior IT field service experience to be considered, and excellent customer service skills.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR Two years of information technology experience OR four years Information Technology experience without a degree.
  • A+ Certification preferred or another Information Services related Certification.
