Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Solutions Architect to join our dynamic marketing department within a healthcare system. 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

 

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing operations and customer acquisition strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design end-to-end CRM solutions tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the healthcare system's marketing department.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of CRM systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, data security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the marketing department and IT teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and establish best practices for CRM utilization.
  • Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and architecture documentation to support CRM implementation and customization.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms to enhance user experience, increase efficiency, and drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in CRM, and evaluate their potential impact on the healthcare system's marketing operations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on CRM-related initiatives, representing the marketing department's interests in cross-functional projects and strategic planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and other external partners to evaluate third-party solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement proactive maintenance and optimization strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of CRM systems.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM architecture, design, implementation, and administration, with a focus on healthcare or related industries. 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex CRM projects from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric solutions. 
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise-grade systems, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. 
  • Experience with data modeling, database design, and SQL programming in a healthcare environment, with a solid understanding of HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect preferred.
