Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development. Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
2. Organizational Development: Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives. Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion that promote a positive work environment.
3. HR Consultation: Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee development. Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
4. Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making.
5. Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentation. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
