We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Print team. This small but highly specialized group manages the full spectrum of enterprise print solutions across the organization, including thermal/label printers, barcode printers, laser printers, multifunction devices, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing and maintaining server systems and infrastructure for both enterprise and cloud environments.
• Ensure server systems are secure, stable, and highly available.
• Proficient with enterprise server management tools and basic scripting and automation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting both Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Participate in the planning, deployment, and ongoing support for enterprise server infrastructure to ensure optimum performance and scalability.
• Possess a working knowledge of enterprise backup solutions, performance monitoring tools, and cloud-native services.
• This role requires a blend of technical skills, collaboration, and an understanding of both hardware and software systems.
• Includes after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations to support critical tier1 systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams for capacity planning, focusing on future scalability and resource optimization across all environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline and three years Infrastructure server administration experience OR seven years of Infrastructure server administration experience.
