Description

  • The CRM Technical Architect, Marketing Automation will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration with other marketing technologies
  • This role is focused on automating marketing processes, optimizing CRM workflows, and providing technical leadership for campaign management
  • You will work with the marketing team to design integrated, data-driven solutions that increase patient engagement and optimize customer journeys at scale
  • Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization
    • Lead the strategy and management of CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals
    • Configure, manage, and optimize automated workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and customer journeys
    • Ensure that CRM systems are scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting patient engagement and service-line growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align the CRM roadmap with institutional objectives and best practices
  • Analytics & Data Management
    • Guide the team in developing and maintaining dashboards and analytics solutions to measure campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for CRM reporting, facilitating data-driven decision-making across teams
    • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to ensure seamless data integration across systems
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure marketing technologies align with overall business objectives
    • Influence decisions across departments and collaborate to ensure CRM and marketing automation solutions meet broader organizational goals
  • Platform Governance & Integration
    • Establish best practices for CRM system governance, ensuring high standards of data quality, platform utilization, and integration
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain seamless integration of CRM technologies across systems
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring team members are equipped with the latest technical skills and industry best practices

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years in CRM management, marketing automation, or data analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions
  • Strong knowledge of CRM integrations and data modeling concepts
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics solutions
  • Strong peer leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or other BI platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer Data Platforms
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliance, personal identity security, and data privacy regulations
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Architect certification
