RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In conjunction with departmental customers, leads and conducts business analysis of information systems and identifies business objectives, requirements and information management needs.
• Works closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high quality business solutions and ensure a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple complex BA assessments and engagements at once.
• Able to assimilate and manage a set of related projects.
• Acts as the customer liaison as well as the BA or IS Sponsor.
• Ensures a high level of client satisfaction by monitoring the delivery of ongoing information systems to the enterprise.

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in related field. Ten years of experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.
