The Program Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading and coordinating product risk activities across a complex academic healthcare system, ensuring timely and compliant responses to recalls of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratory reagents, hospital supplies, and other product domains used in the healthcare system.
This role is vital in protecting patient safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing supply chain resilience in a teaching hospital and research-driven healthcare environment.
The Program Manager will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, pharmacy, procurement, supply chain, risk management, operations, and regulatory teams to manage product risks efficiently and prevent disruptions to patient care, education, and research.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Manages Response and Tracking of Recalled & Defective Products
2. Manages Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation
3. Coordinates Process Improvement & Technology Integration
4. Coordinates Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
