Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Description

  • Works with subject matter experts to design, develop and deploy e-learning courseware content for self-paced learning modules delivered electronically
  • Converts presentations and classroom based learning to e-Learning and blended learning formats
  • Performs quality testing on courseware distributed via the LMS
  • Works with end users to gather feedback and enhancement requests for e-Learning modules and the LMS
  • Provides first line support to end users of the LMS and web-based training modules
  • Implements training programs which support the Vision, Mission, and Values of Emory Healthcare
  • Supports other training to support ablended learning approach
  • Conducts all sessions in accordance with IACET guidelines for those requesting CEU's
  • Participates on the E-learning Governance Committee

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Three years experience in e-learning and blended learning development
  • Seasoned experience with learning management systems is required
  • Healthcare experience a plus
