Description

  • Under general supervision, responsible for advanced secretarial and administrative support for senior management and executives.
  • Requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of organization operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.
  • Relieves supervisor(s) of some administrative detail.
  • Within established guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • May supervise and schedule clerical and secretarial staff.
  • May act as a spokesperson for departmental inquiries.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years office administration, senior secretarial or related experience.
  • Experience with PC software applications.
  • Ability to type 60 wpm.
