Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that integrate various healthcare systems, applications, and data sources to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
  • Develop architectural designs, specifications, and implementation plans for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, and make recommendations for adoption based on their potential impact and value.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and support.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and address concerns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in a related IT or Engineering discipline Minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, HL7, DICOM, and FHIR.
  • Proficiency in architecting solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with healthcare-specific cloud services.
  • Experience with healthcare information systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIE), and Population Health Management (PHM) platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
