Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite position, no remote work)

 

Additional Information: This is a training position supporting Epic software. Candidates should be profecient in building training programs for Epic users. Must be have a certification as a Principal Trainer in a clinical Epic application. ASAP preferred.

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Works closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high quality training, readiness and change management solutions and ensures a high level of satisfaction with services provided
  • Coordinates planning and implementation of systems related training, readiness and change management solution projects
  • Works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction with EHC teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR as provided to assigned clients
  • Collaborates with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate/facilitate the EHC Super User Lead program
  • Develops Super User Lead competencies. Implements and reviews the Evaluation Strategy of training/readiness programs
  • Attends meetings of professional, civic and services organizations
  • Administers and ensures compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
  • Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development
  • Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments
  • Manages projects to assure that business objectives and requirements are realized
  • Performs other related duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five years of experience in designing, developing and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions as it relates to teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR
